I am a Los Angeles Chef with many years in the hospitality Industry.  I come from the southern tips of Missouri on the Mississippi with farm and orchard up-bringing.  Yes I have soul in my food.  Living in NYC and traveling as a Model in Europe had opened my eyes to the world of food.   My experience ranges from professionally trained fine dining service in upscale restaurants in NYC & L.A. to becoming a Catering Chef working at the most amazing homes and events Hollywood has to offer. I got approached to get into the exciting life as a private chef in Malibu & Beverly Hills. I got certified in Classic French Cooking & Baking to take my gift of cooking up a notch. 


I have cooked for many talented celebrities while cooking as a Chef at Good Day LA morning news show.  I Catered Steve Edwards Hollywood Walk of Fame Award.  I have been part of the team at the SAG awards platting for 1200 guest. I have worked with amazing chefs at the LA Food and Wine events.  I am extremely confidential and loyal to my clients.   I come to your private residence, vacation rental or special location and prepare custom meals with modern flavors. Healthy organics is my specialty.  I shop for seasonal ingredients at farmers markets and vendors with the freshest seafood and top quality meats. I work on my own aside from the occasional server or kitchen help for larger dinners or events.  


My focus is on keeping my clients pleased with my service.  You can ask for rustic family style to fine dine service.  I shop for all food, prep, cook, serve and clean-up. I can restock and organize your pantry plus stock your refrigerator.  I also can prepare drop-offs.
