Who I am?

Born and raised in the Southern Midwest, I grew up with a true farm-to-table lifestyle—fresh produce straight from the garden, clean well water, farm-fresh milk, and eggs collected daily from our hens. My grandparents also had a peach and apple orchard, which added to my appreciation for seasonal abundance and the beauty of simple, honest ingredients.

My journey took me far beyond the farm. As a NYC fashion model, I was exposed to worldly cuisines through city living and travels across Europe, broadening my palate and sparking my passion for culinary artistry. After years working front of house, I transitioned into the kitchen, honing my skills with top catering companies. I then attended culinary school at ACE- Academy of Culinary Education under Chef Cecilia de Castro. With this next level skill and hard work, I eventually became a private chef to the rich and famous.

Today, I bring together my roots and experiences, blending a healthy Los Angeles style of cooking with global inspiration. I’m not only a chef, but also a proud mother of two and a lover of all fur babies.
